Pre-Minting vs Minting

When you deposit into the vaults, minting happens in two steps:

1. Pre-Minted iAssets

• Immediately issued when you deposit.
• Represent your right to mint in the future.
• Do not generate rewards.

2. Minted iAssets

• Available after a two-epoch waiting period.
• Start generating rewards once minted.
• Must be fully minted to be eligible for APY.

This system ensures fairness and prevents instant mint-and-withdraw exploits.
